Up until recently, my thoughts have been pretty much centred upon finishing my latest novel, Step Up, Mrs Dugdale and getting it published. But when my friend, Amanda Curtin kindly invited me to do a guest post on her blog looking up, looking down, I jumped at the opportunity.
